| 摘 要： | 我国农村的社会保障制度建设比较缓慢,土地仍然是农村社会保障的重要形式。但是学术界对农村土地保障的作用存在比较大的分歧,本文主要对农村土地养老保障的研究进行了分析总结,最终对于已研究的成果进行了评价。
