谈新形势下我国高速公路养护现状及策略

我国高速公路发展迅速,但是在养护方面体制尚不健全,存在责权过于集中、技术落后、队伍管理不到位等诸多亟须解决的问题.新形势下应该进一步规范部门管理,完善规章制度,提高公路养护技术含量,并加强政府和社会的监督,以保证高速公路的有效长久使用.
