In present colleges and universities, there widely exist some legal problems in the students management work, which those who are practicing and doing theoretical work should attach great importance to . The critical items concerning human rights and the rights of being educated should be legally regulated on the basis of law-priority and law-preservation. Colleges and universities should change its managerial patterns of regulating and restricting their students, and form the idea of "students as consumers". They should establish the reasonable procedural principles while value the right of students' entity.
