| 摘 要： | “民进军”是我国国防工业发展的新趋势,也是建立军民一体国防工业基础的重要途径。本文从制度经济学的角度出发,研究了国防工业“民进军”中的路径依赖现象,提出了国防工业“民进军”制度变迁的构想,特别是对强制性制度变迁与诱致性制度变迁的时机、内容与方式进行了深入研究,并对影响制度变迁的国防工业企业产权改革作了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Civilian-used Enterprises Entering National Defense Industry is a new trend and the important way to build industry base of combining military industry and civilian industry.This paper uses the method of institutional economics,studies the phenomenon of Path dependency,gives way to institutional change of it and especially focuses on the time,content and way of compulsive institutional change and inducing institutional change.In the end,it discusses the problem of property rights reform. |
