| 摘 要： | 我国长期处于计划经济体制下，企业不是真正独立的经济实体，企业管理也只能是封闭型的生产管理，传统的经验管理的烙印很深。与技术上的差距相比，在管理方面与世界先进水平的差距可能更大些。面对甸 加入WTO和建立现代企业制度的需要，我们必须坚持扬弃的科学态度，采用科学的方法，运用现代科学管理工具制定科学的制度，掌握科学的衡度，实现由传统经验管理向现代科学管理的转变。

| Abstract: | In our country,an enterprise is not the real independent economical entity because of long-period planned economy.Enterprise management is only a sealed production and there is a deep influence on the traditional experienced management.Compared to technology,we have a longer way to go for the management to keep up with the world modern level.Faced with the need of the entry to WTO and modern enterprise system,we must insist on the scientific attitude of sublation,adopt scientific ways,use modern scientific management means,work out the scientific system and master scientific measures and realize the transformation from traditional experiencs to modern scientific management. |
