| 摘 要： | 在循环经济发展中,产权缺失问题广泛存在,造成我国循环经济的发展缺乏动力,阻碍了循环经济发展。设计出一个企业能够因循环经济而盈利的产权制度体系,促进各类主体实现由传统经济生产方式向循环经济生产方式转变,是构建循环经济发展的核心动力机制的关键。循环经济产权制度体系主要包括:自然资源产权制度体系、自然环境产权制度体系、产品和副产品的产权制度体系和循环经济技术产权制度体系。

| Abstract: | In the development of circular economy, the vacancy of property right is a common phenomenon, which leads to the shortage of impetus to the development of circular economy. In the author's opinion, to create a property right system suitable for enterprises and to realize the transformation from the traditional economy to circular economy are the key to form the impetus to developing circular economy. |
