我国旅游专业实训教学质量管理的现状、问题与对策

中国旅游院系普遍重视实训教学。全面质量管理、ISO理论、数学模型法等理论和方法。在旅游专业实训教学质量管理中得到广泛应用，但还存在着与课程对接不紧密、保障体系和管理队伍不健全、管理理念和管理方式不科学等问题。科学界定实训教学的课程属性、加强保障体系和管理队伍建设、建立实训教学质量指标体系、转变实训教学质量管理理念、改进管理方式，是提升我国旅游专业实训教学质量管理水平的基本办法。
