| 摘 要： | 在我国 ,国有企业改革开始转向注重公司治理机制的设计问题。而在公司治理机制的设计中 ,股权结构的设计起着至关重要的作用。文章试图证明股权结构在公司治理当中的重要作用以及如何优化股权结构以完善公司治理。
