| 摘 要： | 目前我国大部分城市都相继建立了城市土地收购储备制度.随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化,城市土地收购储备制度在运行中不断出现一些问题,因此,应从创新土地储备运行机构、建立城市土地基金、健全和完善法律体系三个方面来完善我国城市土地收购储备制度.
