关于中国证券市场的几个认识问题

我国股票市场在争论中产生，也在争论中发展和成长，80年代国有企业股份制改革的争论，90年代初期要不要股票市场的争论，90年代中后期规范与发展的争论，最近关于股票市场是成就为主还是一团漆黑的争论，以及以于国有股等深层次问题的探讨，争论的题目和内容都在不断深化。

Some Issues about the Chinese Stock Markets

China's stock market came into being from contention and it is growing in contention as well. There was a contention on the reform of joint stock system of state-owned enterprises. Recently take place a contention on whether our stock market is prominent for its good performance or it is utterly black, and a probe into the deep-going issues such as the issue of state-held stock and so on. In one word, the controversial issues and contents and the contention itself are getting increasingly deepened.
