The Impact of Faculty and Teaching on Students＇ Creativity and Leadership

This article discuss the challenges for business education and possible solution. We think the core for 21st century＇ s business education is to cultivate business leaders with innovation and leadership. Both curriculum and course design should build around this central issue. We can improve education quality by course content, curriculum management, and assurance of learning, interaction between teachers and students, teachingeffectiveness. Meanwhile, we should also achieve and improve our learning goals by creative teaching method and broadening students＇ global perspective. This implies we should cut down required courses and increase elective course and action learning, strengthen students ＇ creativity and leadership.
