摘    要:针对大学食堂面临的下课高峰期人满为患的难题,以上海某大学食堂为例,从食堂服务流程着手,提出对大学食堂布局的改善和优化意见,以提高高峰期食堂的服务效率。同时运用ProModel模拟仿真的方法对所提出方案进行模拟仿真。通过仿真数据进行分析来考察和验证所提出的改善方案的可行性和运行效果。

Abstract:Many canteens of the university are faced with the overcrowding problem during peak periods. Here by taking a Shanghai's university canteen as an example, the improvement and optimization opinions of the university canteen from the respect of the canteen service process are proposed and verified, which can improve the efficiency of the canteen service. Meanwhile, by using ProModel simulation method to simulate the proposed improvement scheme and analyzing the simulation data, the feasibility and performance of the improvement plan can be reviewed and verified.
