上海市住房保障水平差异性研究

住房保障是一项重大的民生工程,保障性住房的质量和数量关系百姓的切身利益。而住房保障水平的高低则决定着保障房的建设力度,本文在建立住房保障水平指标体系并对其验证的基础上．运用因子分析方法和K-均值聚类分析方法对上海各区县的住房保障水平进行了定量分析,分析结果表明上海中心老城区住房供需矛盾严重,住房保障水平低,其次是城郊结合各区,最后是郊区各区县。

Study on the Differences of Shanghai Housing Security Level

Housing security is a major livelihood project, the quality and quantity of indemnificatory housing have respect to the vital interests of the people,and the level of housing security decides the construction of indemnificatory housing. Based on the establishment of housing security level index system and on the basis of the verification, this text uses the method of factor analysis and K- means clustering analysis method to analysis quantitatively the District of Shanghai housing security level. Analysis results show that the center of Shanghai old city housing security level to high demand ,housing supply and demand contradict seriously.The second is a suburban district.Finally is the fringe districts and counties.
