| 摘 要： | 重视培养学生法律思维,不仅是法律职业者对自身工作方法的反思,更是凸显法治自身张力的积极尝试。从目前法学教育中教学研究的趋势来看,法学教学方法是法学教育中亟待研究解决的突出问题,培养学生的法律思维有助于法学教育水平的提升,重新探究正确的法学教育目的、提高法学专业学生法律思维素质的培养内容在整个人才培养计划中的比重、提高对法学教师的要求以及强化实践性教学等问题都是培养学生法律思维必须审视的几个问题。

| Abstract: | Emphasis on cultivating students’ legal thinking is not only a reflection of legal workers to their job.What’s more,it is an active attempt to highlight the law tension.From the view of teaching and research trend of present law education,teaching method applied in this course is an obvious problem to be solved urgently in law education.Cultivating students’ legal thinking is helpful to the improvement of law education standard.In addition,there are several questions to be considered in cultivating students’ legal thinking including exploring the proper law education aim,improving the ratio of cultivating law majors’ legal think quality in talent training project,improving the requirement to legal teachers and strengthening practical teaching etc. |
