| Abstract: | With the rapid transformation of higher education from elite education to popular education,the number of undergraduates is increasing rapidly every year,which results in the obvious problems of undergraduate employment.This paper analyses the problems existed in college students employment competence so as to find out the ways to improve college graduates employment competence based on an analysis of employment situation. |
