新时期高校校园谣言透析与治理反思

谣言是一种特殊的社会心理现象,学术界虽已有研究,但针对校园谣言的研究还较少涉及。校园谣言因学生群体的同质性、高密度性特点,更值得特别关注。从其成因来看,校园谣言的内容表达具有迷惑性,同时校园谣言的生成与传播离不开特定的社会环境。此外,校园谣言的特殊性在于：人际渠道是其主要的传播形态;校园谣言的传播既有利益诉求的一面,也有娱乐性的一面;群体因素是影响谣言传播效果的重要因素。在对待校园谣言的问题上,要跳出非对即错的惯性思维,认识到谣言治理背后的信任因素,努力推进信息公开,治理谣言时要掌握最佳时间。

Dialysis and Solution Reflection on Campus Rumors at the New Era

Rumor is a special kind of social psychological phenomenon.Though research has been done in this area,little attention is paid to campus rumor.Due to the homogeneity and high-density of university students,great importance should be attached to campus rumor.By rooting out the causes,it can not be difficult to discover that rumor circulating around campus are closely related to the campus rumors confusing expression,while the generation and dissemination of campus rumors can not be separated from the specific social environment.In addition,the particularity of the campus rumor is：interpersonal channels is the main communication pattern,campus rumor spreading are both for benefit demand and for the entertainment,the group factor is the important factor to influence the effect of rumor.We must get out of non-right or wrong inertial about campus rumors,recognize the trust factor behind the rumor solution,efforts to promote information disclosure,to solve rumors at the right time.
