| 摘 要： | 文章对阿鲁科尔沁旗2006年—2011年农村基层组织人员职务犯罪情况进行了调研,就当前该类犯罪案件的特点、发案原因进行了分析,在提出政策建议的同时,从社会管理创新的角度提出了预防农村基层组织人员职务犯罪的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper surveys the official＇s crimes at basic rural units of Ar Khorchin Banner from 2006 to 2011,analyzes the features and causes of those crimes and puts forward suggestion on it.Meanwhile,this paper also puts forward countermeasures on the prevention of those crimes. |
