| 摘 要： | 在能力理论的基础上,对物流能力的内涵进行了界定;鉴于以往的文献只是从企业的层面和供应链管理的层面探讨物流能力,本文则从区域的角度去考察物流能力,定性地说明了区域物流能力规划与区域经济发展之间的辨证关系;并特别指出在进行区域物流能力规划时要考虑未来物流需求的不确定性.

| Abstract: | On the basis of the theory of capability, the paper defines the meaning of the concept of logistics capability; as some literatures before discusses logistics capability only on the point of enterprise and supply chain management, this paper takes the point of area to study logistics capability, describes the relation between area logistics capability plan & the area economic development; especially the paper figures out that when we plan the area logistics capability, we should take the uncertainty of the logistics requirement into account. |
