| 摘 要： | 施工后浇带主要用于解决高层主楼与低层群房间差异沉降、钢筋混凝土收缩变形减小温度应力。本文结合茂名市翠辉房地产开发有限公司人民家园综合楼(地上13层地下1层,总建筑面积10639m2),通过介绍施工后浇带的功能、做法及遇到的问题等谈谈其在工程上的应用。

| Abstract: | Late poured bands is mainly used to resolve differences in settlement of the room,reinforced concrete shrinkage and reduced thermal stress deformation in construction of high-level main building and the lower group . In this paper,based on the example of People House building,Maoming CuiHui Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd.（1 floor underground 13 floors aboveground,with a total construction area of 10639m2）,through the presentation with the function of construction,practices and problems encountered in engineering,late poured bands＇ application is introduced. |
