| 摘 要： | 从西方发达国家的融资实践及现代融资理论来看,我国上市公司存在强烈的股权融资偏好。在对中国上市公司股权融资偏好的现状、原因及其后果进行了分析的基础上,提出了股权融资偏好的治理对策。
