| 摘 要： | 根据就业相关系数、就业弹性系数的变化特征,对威海市产业结构的调整与就业结构之间的关系进行分析,结果表明威海的产业结构和就业结构相关程度在降低,产业增长的就业吸纳力在下降。根据这一特点,提出促进威海市产业结构优化升级和提高就业的政策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic changes of employment correlation coefficient and elasticity coefficient of employment calculated from related data,the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in Weihai is analyzed in detail. The results show that: the correlation degree between industrial structure and the employment structure in Weihai is reducing,and the employment capacity is declining too. At last,based on above conclusions, some suggestions about the economic policy are given in order to promote the employment of Weihai. |
