| 摘 要： | 对影响中国出口贸易的绿色壁垒应该有新的理性分析。绿色壁垒是在可持续发展理论形成和重视环境保护的背景下产生的,在指导思想、国际制度安排、创新激励等方面具有积极意义。跨越绿色壁垒的有效途径是实施循环经济发展模式。

Green barriers, which evolved from the theory, of sustainable development and the principle of enviromnental protection, have positive effects on ideology, international institution arrangement, and innovation stimulation. The effective way to overcome green barriers is to develop circular economy. |
