| 摘 要： | 目前,我国企业集团财务管理水平明显滞后。加强对企业集团财务管理特点的研究是提高企业集团财务管理水平的前提和基础。企业集团财务管理具有五大特点:即集团财务管理主体的多元化;集团财务管理的目标是集团整体价值最大化;集团财务管理的基础是控制;集团财务管理手段具有多样性;资本运作在集团财务管理中的地位畸重。

| Abstract: | The level of financial management now in Chinese enterprise groups has lagged far behind other advanced countries.Strengthening the research on the financial management characteristics in the enterprise groups is the premise and foundation to improve the management,which has five characteristics: diversified management subjects,targeting on the maximization of whole group value,control-based management,various management tools,and capital operation being significant. |
