杭州文化创意产业竞争力因子分析

摘    要:通过对我国十大城市2011年文化创意产业的基础、收获、结构、环境因子等分析发现,杭州文化创意产业宏观发展环境在全国居中等偏下水平,政府专项资金投入额度有待增加,文化事业单位要进一步改造和发展,要采取措施引导居民进一步扩大在教育文化娱乐服务等方面的消费。杭州市政府要增加文化体育娱乐方面的投资,加大对知识产权的保护力度,以增强文化创意产业的整体实力和竞争力。

Abstract:Through analyzing the foundation,revenue,structure and environment factors of culture and creative industries in ten big cities in 2011,it is found that the macro development environment of the culture and creative industry in Hangzhoumicro barely reaches the average level in China;the special fund investment from the government need to be increased;public cultural institutions should be further developed and transformed;measures should be taken to guide the residents to expand consumption in education and cultural recreation.To enhance the overall strength and competitiveness of the industry,Hangzhou municipal government should increase investment in culture and sport recreation and intensify the protection of intellectual property.
