中小型企业财务管理问题及对策探析

Problems of Financial Management in SMEs and the Solutions

Many prevalent problems now seriously influence the development of SMEs in China,in terms of capital shortage,incomplete financial system,poor financial management,and low governance capability.Establishing and improving a financial management system is the key to SMEs in improving management ability and facilitating the enterprises' healthy development.To increase the all-round improvement of management level,SMEs should build complete financial management systems to improve the current system,set a series of rational and effective financial management goals,strengthen fund management by establishing a proper administrative pattern to control cash flow,and focus on comprehensive financial management including the orderly re-education and training of relative staff.
