黑龙江省绿色食品产业集群发展问题研究

目前,黑龙江省绿色食品产业已逐步发展成为集制造、存储、配送和营销等多种功能集聚的现代化特色产业。为了加快黑龙江省绿色食品产业的发展并提升其市场竞争力,政府部门应该针对当前消费者对绿色食品概念缺乏有效认知、绿色食品产业集群主体实力不强、缺乏辅助产业集群发展的配套支持、市场混乱无序等问题,从加大宣传力度入手,提升绿色食品在省内外的知名度;要以资源和区域优势为依托,着重抓好龙头企业和基地建设,加快支持性产业的发展;挖掘潜在市场,维护已有市场,完善绿色食品市场体系推动绿色食品产业进一步向集群化发展。

The Development of Green Food Industry in Heilongjiang Province

The green food industry in Heilongjiang Province has been gradually developed into the modernized characteristic industry which gathers various functions in terms of manufacturing,storage,distribution and marketing.In order to speed up the development of green food industry and enhance its market competitiveness when facing the problems in terms of lack of consumer recognition on green foods,weak strength of industrial cluster subjects,shortage of supporting and chaotic market,government departments should start from increasing publicity to enhance the popularity inside and outside the province;rely on resource and regional advantages,concentrating on the leading enterprise and base construction and accelerating the development of supporting industries;tap the potential market and maintain the existing market,perfecting green food market system to further promote the green industrial cluster development.
