以山东省临沂市为例,城镇化不仅是实现传统经济增长的有效途径,也是实现包容性增长的一条可行之路。城镇化生产是实现包容性增长的基石;城镇化的收入分配是包容性分配的"双刃剑";城镇化创造了包容性交换的市场条件;城镇化促成了包容性消费理念。同时,在城镇化过程中也存在一些不包容的因素,在今后继续推进城镇化进程中,要注意协调好各种关系,清除影响包容性增长的一切障碍。

In the case of Linyi,Shandong Province,urbanization is not only an effective way to achieve the traditional economic growth,but also a practical way to achieve inclusive growth.Urbanization production is the cornerstone of inclusive growth;urbanization income distribution is a double-edged sword of inclusive distribution;urbanization creates the market conditions of inclusive exchange;urbanization promotes the inclusive concept of consumption.Meanwhile,there aren't still any inclusive factors in the process of urbanization.The government should pay attention to coordinate a variety of relationships and clear all obstacles which influence inclusive growth in the future.
