The environment change makes state-owned enterprise groups face risks like market demand reduction and excess production capacity,requiring an alteration of development strategy.The trend of strategic adjustment will be quickening the transformation of development mode with more attention paid on quality and effectiveness,giving up projects of high energy consumption and of severe pollution to increase enterprise core competitiveness,and adjusting the industrial structure in an effort to solve the problem of excess product capacity.The government at all levels shall alter the view of political achievement in terms of GDP only and make a reasonable selection in helping a sustainable enterprise development.
