东北地区农产品加工企业发展途径探析

当前,东北地区农产品加工企业在发展过程中存在的问题主要是资金短缺,缺少中试基地,企业规模较小,低水平重复建设导致过度竞争,风险负担过重,科技力量薄弱,产品开发受到限制等。政府应将农产品加工业作为振兴东北老工业基地的重要组成部分;要加快建立农产品深加工企业的融资平台,全力解决企业资金短缺的问题;健全和完善市场经济体制,用市场的手段解决企业风险问题;促进资产整合,加大科技投入,提高农产品深加工企业的核心竞争力;整合部门资源,明确管理体制,尽快建立中试基地,推进规模化生产;通过利益机制的引导,形成农产品的规模化生产,从而将农产品加工业推向更高层次。

A Development Path for Agricultural Product Processing Enterprises in Northeast China

The problems of agricultural product processing enterprises in Northeast China are the shortage of funds and pilot plant test bases,excessive competition resulting from small enterprise scale and low-level redundant construction,heavy risk bearing,weak technology strength,and restricted product development.The government should take the agricultural product processing industry as an important part of the revitalization in northeast old industrial bases;accelerate the establishment of financing platform,solving the problem of fund shortage;complete and improve the market economic system,defusing enterprise risks by market means;increase the core competitiveness of these enterprises by facilitating asset integration and increasing technology investment.Apart from that,with the guidance of a profit mechanism,it should promote large-scale agricultural production by integrating departmental resources,setting up a management system,and establishing a pilot plant test base as soon as possible in an effort to promote the agricultural product processing industry to a higher level.
