| 摘 要： | 小城镇自我国改革开放以来得到了很大的发展，它对于促进我国农村地区的经济发展起到了积极作用。本文对改革开放以来，我国出现的城镇化建设理论的发展进程进行了扼要的回顾，并提出了我国城镇化建设的四种道路选择因素。

| Abstract: | Small cities and towns, quickly developed since China began its reform and opening to the outside world, have been playing an active part in promoting economic development of rural areas of this country. This paper briefly reviews the development of several theories on the construction of small cities and towns, and points out four selevtive factors of approaches to the construction of such cities and towns. |
