| Abstract: | According to the demand of localized management and business management in geological prospecting units, the paper analyses the current situation of reform and development in geological prospecting units. On the basis of affirming the achievement, it points out that reform should be deepened and business management should be strengthened. Meanwhile, financial management, quality management, personnel management and information management should be strengthened. |
