| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济社会的快速发展，高等教育改革步伐的进一步加快，传统高校学生工作中的管理观念、管理方式和管理体制已很难适应发展形势的需要。因此，高校必须确立“以人为本、德育为先、依法治校、管理现代化”的理念，落实科学发展观，不断加强对管理主体、管理方法、管理体制、管理队伍等方面的改革与创新，与时俱进，开创高校学生管理工作的新局面。
