| 摘 要： | 融资困难一直是阻碍我国中小高新技术企业发展的突出问题之一。应针对我国当前中小高新技术企业融资的环境特征，借鉴国外经验，尽快建立中小高新技术企业诚信系统，有效降低银行的信息成本，建立健全中小企业信用担保体系，加快风险投资业发展，为中小高新技术企业提供强大的资本支持等，以改善中小高新技术企业融资环境。

| Abstract: | Financing difficulty has been one of the outstanding problems to obstruct the development of China＇s small and medium - sized firms. Corresponding to the environment characteristic of these firms＇ financing, drawing lessons from the abroad experience, it＇s necessary to establish a trustworthiness system of small and medium - sized firms as soon as possible, to lower effectively the information cost of the banks, to establish a sound reputation guarantee system for the small and medium - sized firms, quicken risk investment industry development, and provide mighty capital support for the small and medium - sized firms, so as to improve the financing environment. |
