社会主义市场经济条件下社会公平的实质是:全体人民共同富裕,不搞两极分化。更加注重社会公平是社会主义的本质要求,是社会主义和谐社会建设的必然要求,是科学发展观题中应有之意。社会主义市场经济条件下实现社会公平必须坚持公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的经济制度;进一步改革分配制度;千方百计扩大就业。
