| 摘 要： | 人民币的短期升值与中长期贬值的压力并存，构成了目前人民币汇率升值不妥，贬值亦不妥的困境。解决人民币汇率困境不能仅局限于汇率水平或汇率形成机制的研究，关键还在于内部经济结构的调整和对外经济政策的改革。

| Abstract: | The coexistence of appreciation in short term and depreciation in long term of RMB exchange rate results in the dilemma that the rate can't go either side. It can not only be limited to the study of RMB exchange rate level or its forming way to solve the dilemma. The main keys are the adjustment of inner economical frame and the reformation of outer economical policy. |
