ERP沙盘模拟对抗与财务管理实训课程的融合分析

财务管理是一门理论性和实践性都非常强的学科,但是受传统教学的方式、人数和条件的限制,实训很难达到预计目的,所以加强财务管理专业的实训教学迫在眉睫。在ERP沙盘环境中,可以通过模拟企业财务运作,将财务活动形象生动地展现在沙盘上,因此在ERP沙盘环境下进行财务实训的管理,可以有效地解决传统实训存在的不足,以此提高实训效果。本文通过分析ERP沙盘模拟和财务管理实训融合中存在的问题,并进一步提出合理化建议。

Fusion Analysis of ERP Sand Table Simulation and Financial Management Training Course

Financial management is a theoretical and practical subject, but restricted by the traditional way of teaching, the number of students and the conditions, the training is difficult to achieve the expected purpose, so it is imminent to strengthen the practical teaching of financial management major. In the ERP sand table environment, it can simulate the financial operation of enterprise and show the financial activities vividly in the sand table, so this method can effectively solve the deficiency of the traditional practice, so as to improve the training effect. This paper analyzes the problems in the fusion of ERP sand table simulation and financial management training and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
