| Abstract: | With the development of economy, housing and real estate industry increasingly play a prominent role in the national economy. Through expounding the status and role of housing and real estate industry in compressively constructing a well-off society, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations to control the overall real estate market, thus ensuring its sustainable development to a certain extent. |
