| 摘 要： | 在当前经济市场条件下,合理、恰当的选择工程管理模式,是关系到建筑工程项目成败的关键因素。本文从建筑工程管理模式的几种类型入手,对各种类型的应用和优缺点进行了简要的研究,并通过实例对工程总承包管理模式进行探讨。
