基于遗传算法的网络计划多目标优化

摘    要:工程项目网络计划是为了达到成本最低、工期最短、资源利用最均衡、质量最优并能够保证安全施工。文章从遗传算法基本原理出发,设计网络计划多目标优化的目标函数及约束条件,结果证明,该方法解决问题速度快,结果精确度高,对工程项目管理具有实际的应用价值。

Abstract:Network planning aims to pursue the shortest duration, lowest cost, most balanced use of resources, the best quality and ensure the safety of construction and engineering risk information. According to the basic principles of genetic algorithm, this paper designs the function and constraints of the network planning multi-objective optimization, and the results show that the method is effective and of high precision. It has practical application value for project management.
