| Abstract: | Human resource is enterprises＆#39; most valuable resource, and also a strategic dynamic resource of enterprises, which is equally applicable for construction enterprises. In the highly competitive market environment, talent is the core competitiveness for enterprises to compete. For special work environment, work intensity and specificity of employees of construction enterprises, human resource plays a key role in ensuring the implementation of the management strategy of construction enterprises. |
