太阳能热水器控制电路设计

摘    要:利用AT89C52单片机为核心,配合压阻式水位传感器以及DS18B20数字温度传感器,实现了对水温和水位的自动控制:程序内部自设水温水位上下限,若水位低于设定值即可自动供水,高于设定值自动关闭电磁阀停止上水;阳光不充足的天气导致水温不足,电磁阀自动闭合,启动辅助电加热开始加热,加热到设定值电磁阀门关闭,停止加热,实现了太阳能热水器的自动节能。配合LED数码管显示电路,可以实现温度和水位参数的实时显示,并且具有故障报警功能,具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰性。

Abstract:Taking the AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as the core, combining with the piezoresistive type water level sensor and the DS18B20 digital temperature sensor, the automatic control of water temperature and water level is realized. The limit of water temperature and water level is set in internal procedure. If the water level is lower than the set value, the device can automatically supply water, and if the water level is higher than the set value, the solenoid valve can be automatically closed to stop watering; the less sunshine weather leads to the shortage of water temperature, so the electromagnetic valve is automatically closed, and the auxiliary electric heating is starting, and heats to the set value, then the electromagnetic valve closes and stops heating, so the automatic energy-saving of solar energy water heater can be realized. Cooperating with LED digital tube display circuit, the real-time display of temperature and water level parameters can be realized, and it has fault alarm function, good stability and anti-interference.
