| 摘 要： | 通过对珠江三角洲地2010、2011和2012年问卷调查分析显示:在粤湘籍农民工的一般工资制度不断改善,工作时间均有不同程度减少,社会保险享有比例在逐年增加,社会保障覆盖面在逐年增大,但劳动合同满意度和农民工权益保护却在在逐年降低。要想改善湘籍农民工权益保障现状,政府需要加强政府职能,从而改善湘籍农民工的劳动权益。

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire survey of pearl river delta in 2010, 2011 and 2012, the analysis shows that the general wage system of Guangdong and Hunan peasant workers has been continually improved, the working time has been reduced to some extent, the enjoy rate of social insurance has been increased year by year, and the social security coverage has been increased with years, but the satisfaction of labor contract and the rights and interests protection have been decreased with years. To improve the present situation of Guangdong and Hunan peasant workers＇ rights and interests protection, government needs to strengthen the government function, thus improves the labor rights and interests of peasant laborers. |
