摘    要:计算机作为最常见的办公设备之一,在日常办公活动中起着十分重要的作用。随着时代的发展,科技的进步,正确掌握日常办公自动化设备如打印机、复印机、扫描仪、传真机等的使用显得日益重要,利用现代办公设备处理日常工作,彻底改变了现代人的办公方式。正确使用和维护常用办公设备,是每一位工作人员尤其是办公室工作人员必须掌握的一项基本技能,正确使用现代办公设备可以大大提高办公效率。本文就复印机为例谈办公自动化设备在日常办公中的使用与技巧。

Abstract:As one of the most common office equipment, the computer plays a very important role in the daily office activities. With the development of the times and the advancement of the technology, Correctly using the daily office automation equipment, such as the printers, copiers, scanners, fax, etc, becomes more and more important, and the modern office working way changes completely by using the modern office equipment. Proper use and maintenance of the office equipment is a basic skill that every employee, especially the office workers should master. And proper use of the modern office equipment can improve office efficiency. Taking the copiers as an example, this paper discusses the use and skills of the common office automation equipment.
