| 摘 要： | 阐述了知识经济时代,高校图书馆引入"以人为本"的管理理念,实施人本管理的必要性,针对目前高校图书馆管理工作中普遍存在的缺乏人本管理的现象,从建立参与化管理制度、健全培训制度、完善激励机制、营造和谐的人际关系等方面提出了高校图书馆实行人本管理的有效途径。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity for college libraries to bring in ＂human-oriented＂ management concept and implement human-oriented management in the knowledge era. In view of the phenomenon that ＂human-oriented＂ management concept is lacked in college library management, this paper proposes effective ways to implement ＂human-oriented＂ management from the aspects of establishing participation management system, improving training system, perfecting incentive mechanism, and creating harmonious relationships. |
