摘    要:劳务派遣是近年我国人才市场根据市场需求而引进开发的新的人才服务项目,是一种跨地区、跨行业的新用人方式。一方面它可以降低企业用工成本,缓解一定的就业压力,但另一方面,使劳动者的权益难以得到保障。本文依据现行法律规定,结合企业实际,分析贯彻落实劳动合同法,切实保障派遣员工的合法权益。

Abstract:The labor dispatch is a new service project introduced by the talent market in China according to the market demand in recent years, and it's a trans-regional and cross-industry way of choosing employees. On one hand, it can reduce labor costs, ease some pressure on employment, on the other hand, it is difficult to guarantee the rights and interests of the employees. According to the current law and business practice, this paper analyzes the implementation of the labor contract law, and guarantees the legal rights and interests of the dispatched workers.
