办公建筑可持续设计现状及方法

随着我国经济的高速发展,工业、交通以及建筑等行业的能耗都在不断增长,建筑节能成为了能源消耗工程开源节流政策中重要工作之一。本文作者主要针对建筑概念设计以及包括建筑、设备等专业的技术设计再结合办公楼等特点和一些建筑设计的经验,阐述了具体的设计方法。特别强调了如何在建筑设计中融汇节能设计的可持续思想,而不只是把"绿色"作为建筑的标签。

Status and Method of Sustainable Design of Office Building

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, the energy consumption of industry, transportation and construction is increasing, so building energy conservation has become one of the important things to do to broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure policy in energy engineering. Aiming at the building concept design and technical design including construction, equipment and other specialties and combined with the characteristics of office buildings and some experience in architectural design, specific design method is presented, with particular emphasis on how to integrate sustainable idea of energy-saving design in architectural design, instead of just taking ＂green＂ as building label.
