大跨度拱形管桁架步进式顶推滑移施工技术

摘    要:文中介绍了新建哈尔滨西客运站工程高架通廊屋面桁架在施工场地狭窄、垂直作业的条件下,68.5m跨度的拱形管桁架在高度约26.8m的高空组装所采用步进式顶推滑移施工技术。该技术的应用,提高了钢桁架拼装的精度和质量并且合理有效地缩短了工期,节约了成本。

Abstract:This paper introduces the construction of the new Harbin West Passenger Station elevated corridor roof truss. Under the condition of narrow construction site and vertical operation, the 68.5m span pipe truss arch uses stepping pushing sliding construction technology for high-altitude assembly at a height of about 26.8m. The application of the technology has improved the accuracy and quality of steel truss assembly and effectively shortened the construction period as well as saving the cost.
