探索基于中外合作办学的应用型人才培养模式

经济全球化大大加快了高等教育的国际化步伐,实施中外合作办学已经成为目前高校引进优质国外教育资源的重要途径。本文从中外合作办学的视角,通过引进管理理念、创新教学内容、改革教学方法、加强师资队伍建设、构建灵活的培养方式五个方面探讨构建应用型人才培养模式。

On the Applied Talent Cultivation Model Based on the Sino-foreign Cooperative Education

The economic globalization has greatly accelerated the pace of internationalization of higher education, and the implementation of Sino-foreign cooperative education has become an important way for the introduction of high-quality foreign educational resources. From the perspective of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and from five aspects of introducing advanced management ideas, innovating teaching content, reforming teaching method, strengthening the construction of teachers team, and constructing flexible training methods, this article analyzes the construction of the applied talent cultivation mode.
