| 摘 要： | 文章通过某单位电费抄核收工作流程的分析,从人员、信息系统(软件)、设备、环境、法规等维度全面梳理影响抄表的及时性与准确性的因素。利用层次分析法,对各影响因素进行重要性程度排序,找出影响抄表的及时性与准确性的关键因素。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the workflow of meter reading, check and acceptance of electric charge of a unit, this paper comprehensively summarizes the factors affecting timeliness and accuracy of meter reading from personnel, information system （software）, equipment, environment, regulatory and other dimensions. AHP is used to derminate the order of each factor according to the importance degree and find out the key factors. |
