| 摘 要： | 通过对元代传统公文中公文用语交代词的使用情况介绍，得出交代词交代了所引用的各级机关公文的起讫、说明本机关的处理意见、行文关系和行文过程等，在公文中起着划分层次结构的作用。常见的交代词有领述词、引结词、结转词、祈使词四类。

| Abstract: | Through the introduction to the using of referable words of traditional documents in the Yuan Dynasty, the structure - dividing role of these words is exemplified in that they could quote the beginning and end of the documents at various levels, show the disposal way and the relation and process of writing from the unit concerned. The common referable words are leading words, concluding words, transitional words and imperative words. |
